Andy has worked within the TV and Film industry for over 15 years as a Supervising Location Manager and has worked on many large feature films, notably the Kingsman franchise and Rocketman. 

He has been active in the studio world for many years advising on current trends of filming locations and studio layouts that cater for both the client and the crew. 

Utilising his knowledge of film making and studio, Andy understands the requirements of both the business and show business. 

Prior to this Andy had a long and successful career within the British Royal Marines, serving across the globe.

Johns' background in Investment Banking stood him in good stead in 2015 when he joined a consortium of investors to form Film Floor Ltd. A start-up, designed with the objective to meet the burgeoning growth of the UK Film and TV industry for temporary and semi-permanent structures. 

After healthy success, he moved on in 2020 to a consultancy and advisory role and is current working with TV and Film Studio Group on a number of projects.

John is committed to meeting the challenging pressures of the exponential demand for studio space in the UK while attending to global enquiries for silent roof, sound proofing and sound stages.

A self-motivated and resourceful business development manager. Experienced in production & studio management with vast experiences gained from working with a wide range of clients across film, TV and theatre.

Able to translate production requirements to deliver useable production space for a wide range of clients. Passionate about working in and contributing to a creative environment alongside large corporations, major broadcasters and talented individuals. Sam is  personable and attentive by nature, qualities sought and valued by his clientele

Sam takes great pride in creating a lasting impression with contacts to ensure regular word of mouth business and is always looking to develop business relationships with every new client. 

Terry is a Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years of Construction and Project Management experience in the Construction and Film & TV Studio Facility industry, responsible for delivering over 300,000ft2 of Production spaces with projects at Winnersh Film Studios, Wycombe Film Studios, Farnborough Film Studios, Bovingdon Airfield Studios on behalf of Amazon and Bray Studios on behalf of Amazon.

In 2022 Terry joined Stage Fifty as Head of Construction and set about change management and implementation of new policies and procedures in addition to liaising with the Operational team and Productions to aid in the Design and Build of internal set pieces/sets etc.

In 2024 he joined Wycombe Film Studios to continue the Construction of the new facility and be an integral part of the future development and expansion of the business. With proven production delivery with excellent project management, health & safety, cooperation and high presentation standards with production and external stakeholders, Terry has built many strong relationships across the production world.
